4. Abstracts and Publications
   Papers should be send through the conference web page, other submissions will not be considered. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings book and will be distributed in CD format. All accepted papers are expected to be presented at the conference. There is no participation fee for participants who will make a presentation at the conference.

6. Paper Format
   Papers should be sent in accordance with the following formats. Number of pages of the paper, including references and appendices should not exceed 6. At least one of the authors of the accepted paper is required to make a presentation at the conference. Accepted papers will be published in conference proceedings.
